Mr. Montrell Lee

A.H. Bangert Elementary is excited to welcome our new assistant principal, Mr. Montrell Lee! A 2008 graduate of The Citadel, where he played football, Mr. Lee began his career as a Physical Education teacher and coach at West Craven Middle School. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Executive Leadership from Gardner-Webb University and brings more than a decade of administrative experience to our team, having served as an assistant principal at West Craven High School and as principal of Grover C. Outside of school, Mr. Lee enjoys spending time with his family, to include his wife and two beautiful daughters. He is incredibly excited to serve the students, staff, families, and community of A.H. Bangert Elementary School and looks forward to partnering with them for a wonderful school year.
