AHB Title 1 Interventionist

 

Hey AHB! My name is Nicole Avolis, and I'm excited to serve as our MTSS Interventionist and Instructional Coach this school year. This will be my 7th year at Bangert Elementary and my 12th year in education.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from East Carolina University—Go Pirates! My journey as an educator has always been fueled by a passion for lifelong learning and helping every student succeed.

One of the things I love most about AHB is our family-oriented community. "Once a Bangert Bear, Always a Bangert Bear" is a motto I hold close to my heart, and I'm grateful to be part of a school where students, families, and staff truly support one another.

Outside of school, I love spending time with my husband, Ben, and our two beautiful daughters, Salem and Willa Mae. They keep life full of love, laughter, and adventure!

As an educator, I believe it is important to model and celebrate what it means to be a lifelong learner. I find so much joy in learning, growing, and sharing that journey with the students and staff I have the privilege of working alongside everyday!
